Making Time for Fitness

Being home during winter break made me realize how unhealthy I had become while at school. My busy schedule sometimes forced me to eat late, skip meals, and make excuses for skipping the gym. So while I was home I was reading an article in a magazine that talked about how you can break or start a new habit in 21 days.
While at home I began exercising and eating healthy. I made schedules for when I was going to work out and eat. This semester at school I have a very busy schedule between homework, and my internship twice a week. I knew that I wanted to continue my healthy lifestyle so I created a support system to help me. My friends put a schedule together so we could coordinate working out together.
Having a support system and creating a schedule can really help you stay on track. You have to believe in yourself that you can do it. You have to want to stay healthy because it's not just a one-time thing. It's a life change!
