Maximizing Millennials: Why we need them and how to manage them

Between the years of 1976 and 2001, 80 million young adults were born. These young adults, also known as Millennials or Gen Y’s, are a part of the most diverse generation in history. Being a millennial myself, like many current interns and young professionals, I thought this infographic would be valuable for Intern Queen readers to look at. It’s nice to know that future employers are looking to hire us. But it is even more important to realize the different ways we can leverage our generational qualities to land a job. Enjoy!
