I am a Business and Psychology double major. This past year, I was President of my Freshman Class, and next year I am the Director of a Student Senate Committee and I will serve on our Sophomore Class Council, in addition to working as a tour guide for the Admissions Office and working at the pub on campus. I am also involved in my Hall government, where I serve as our Spirit Commissioner, which means I am in charge of bonding experiences and creating a sense of community and group identity within my residence hall. I am currently a Graphic Design Intern at the Notre Dame Alumni Association, and I was a finalist for the NextGen Freshman Leaders Conference with Deloitte. I believe that internships are great because they really help you to learn what you want (and don’t want) in a future job or career. You learn more about yourself – what you are good at it, the kind of people and environment you work best in, and what you enjoy doing - while gaining valuable experience and building your resumé.
