Have you ever stressed out because you can’t arrange countless schedules for an event? Wouldn’t it just be easier to have a tool that could plan events for you? There’s actually a brand-new website that can! Doodle is a free and easy way to plan an upcoming event with your friends, coworkers or family!
Step 1: Create a Poll
First, you have to type in the name, details and purpose of your event. Then, you select at least one date from the calendar along with time slots for each day. Thirdly, you have the option of designing what type of poll you want to send out!
Step 2: Invite Members
Once the poll is created, you can send the invitation straight to your friends’ emails. You can even sync potential dates to Google Calendar, iCal and Outlook! This way, all of your outlets will be on the same page.
Step 3: Confirm Date & Time
Lastly, your friends will confirm what time works best for them. Sometimes, one or two people might not have the same availability as everybody else. You will typically have to go with the majority, but you can easily update your friends through Skype, GoogleDocs or Dropbox. Happy planning!
