This week I thought we'd talk a little about something we all go through... STRESS. That's right, I remember being stressed in high school, then college, then work and even now I still get stressed. Since it's something that is obviously going to follow us throughout the rest of our lives (scary) we need to learn to cope with it.
I might sound a little dramatic here but for this week's video I teamed up with my friends at Dosomething.org and their "Show Stress Who's Boss" campaign. Through this campaign they are sharing 5 mental health hacks to fight stress and help you unleash your true potential.
By now, I'm sure you must be asking yourself how you can get involved. Well, it's very simple, all you have to do is text the word BOSS to 38383.
