Stop Everything. Get Outside Once A Day.
I know how grueling the workplace can be. Today, I started working from home at around 8am. At 2:30pm, I finally stopped and looked at the clock - I couldn't believe what time it was. Over six hours went by and I hadn't moved. I put my phone down, grabbed my keys, put my headphones in, and made myself go for a ten minute walk around the block. I cannot tell you how nice it felt to take a break and have a moment to myself.
If you cannot take any breaks during the day, make yourself take a short walk every evening after work. The picture above was taken during an "after work walk" in San Diego near Sunset Cliffs. Don't underestimate the power of refreshing yourself!
