Feeling nervous about the end of the year and upcoming finals? We've got you covered. The holiday season is coming up and you might have your mind on all the shopping you have to do plus all the school work that you still have to get done. Today I wanted to share some fun ideas from the new Natural Life Fearless collection which helps educate, empower and reduce the stigma of anxiety disorders. All the items are super cute plus proceeds go to helping people get treatment and help.

Now, some of my tips:
- Keep a list- I can't tell you how much I rely on making lists- especially this time of year. Seriously, I make lists for what I need to do around the office, for errands I need to run and even for gifts I need to buy. Take some time to write down all that you need to do and trust me, you'll feel better instantly!
- Prioritize- After making that list number the things from most important to least important. This will help you know how much time you need to dedicate in order to finish everything.
- Schedule in some fun time!- It doesn't all need to be work work work. Make sure that in between getting things done you schedule some time to do things you enjoy. Maybe you enjoy reading or going to the gym or maybe even hanging out with friends. Either way- make sure to schedule in this time. Believe me, it makes all the difference.
