1. Buy into Tie Dye
The 60s called us and they want their trend back. Well we told them too bad so sad because 2020 is the year of tie-dye. Tie-Dye is making the ultimate comeback. Not only is it a trend that you see people making at home but it’s even in major brands and local boutiques. Grab some clothes, tie-dye, or water and bleach and make yourself a cute new quarantine fit.
2. Skip Banana Bread
Ahhh the world-famous Banana Bread. Everyone and their mothers have been on the banana bread craze lately but honestly it’s worth a skip. Yes banana bread is delicious but you can definitely spend your time being more creative with cool new recipes rather than baking banana bread that you won’t want again. We recommend Gigi Hadid’s Spicy Pasta recipe because omg its delicious and something you would definitely want to keep making.
3. Definitely Buy into Tik Tok
If you haven’t heard of Tik Tok, do you live under a rock? And if you have but didn’t download It yet, only one question for you….why not? Tik Tok is blowing up during quarantine and everyone is for it, heck even Intern Queen joined Tik Tok. Shameless self-plug…lol! Whether you make your own or simply just scroll to have a laugh Tik Tok is a platform for everyone to get some entertainment in. With the days going by with nothing to do you can easily spend a couple of hours and not even realized the day has gone by. Intern Queen is totally for Tik Tok.
4. Skip Chloe Ting Workout Challenge
You always hear the saying new year new me and everyone floods to the gyms. Well unfortunately the gyms are closed but luckily for us YouTube workouts have been posted like crazy. The famous Chloe Ting workout transformations have been all over YouTube, Tik Tok, Twitter, and Instagram. But we think you should do some research on them. Everybody is different and her workouts are challenging but over time your body will get used to it. Instead try incorporating some of her videos with others such as Pamela Reif and Blogilates. Incorporate different techniques from those three ladies for an awesome workout.
5. Buy into Dalgona Coffee
Okay coffee fanatics this one is for you. Not sure who first posted a video making this coffee to skyrocket it into stardom but THANK YOU! Dalgona coffee is an arm workout and treat in one. Best of both worlds! All you need is equal parts instant coffee, hot water, and sugar; give it a nice whisking until its thick and scoop it over ice and milk. It is the perfect combination of creamy and sweet and trust us you will thank us later!
6. Buy into Zoom Hangouts
Zoom. Zoom. Zoom. Every student dislikes that word BUT you can make it your favorite. Zoom is free to anyone and everyone to use. It’s like Facetime but better. You can grab all your friends and hop onto zoom just to chat with one another or to even binge-watch your favorite show for the 7th time.
